- have a residence permit in the above countries or another document that confirms the right to permanent residence in these countries.

Attention! Citizens of other states cannot enter Russia through “open” countries to study.

How to get a study visa of the Russian Federation

• If you plan to arrive in the near future, send a request to obtain / extend a visa to the E-mail address: international@bgitu.ru or send a message to the WhatsApp number: +7 903 818 86 88



• The invitation is issued within 30 working days and sent by the e-mail.



• An international student submits a package of documents for obtaining a visa to the embassy / consulate of the Russian Federation or a visa center in his/her country.

Before you come to Russia

You need a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken not earlier than 3 days before leaving for Russia. When you arrive you should have a certificate either in Russian or English.

For the 1^st-year students (enrollment of the academic year 2020-2021)

1. Inform about your arrival in Russia 10 (ten) days prior to arrival. Write a letter to the E-mail address: international@bgitu.ru or send a message to the WhatsApp number: +7 903 818 86 88. In the letter indicate your full name, citizenship, contact phone number, attach a copy of your ticket or provide information about arrival: airport, time of arrival, flight number.

2. Upon arrival, you will be accommodated in a separate hostel, where you will be temporarily isolated until you receive a second negative test result for COVID-19.

3. You can do the COVID-19 test at any medical centers located in Bryansk. The cost of the test is approximately 1600 rubles.

4. Undergo migration registration. Within 2 days after arrival, consult the specialist of the passport and visa service of the university and attach copies of your passport (including the page with the border crossing stamp), migration card and visa (for visa countries) in PDF format with clear texts and images.

5. Your temporary isolation will end after you get a negative COVID-19 test.

6. After that you can pick up the migration registration certificate, make insurance and conclude a study contract. Come to the specialist of the passport and visa service of the university and bring the following documents:

• COVID-19 negative test result certificate (test done on the territory of the Russian Federation).


• ID (confirming citizenship).

7. You can get permanent accommodation in the hostel only after a medical check-up, after that come to the commandant of the hostel with a medical certificate, conclude a hostel lease agreement and receive a ready-made migration arrival card.

8. To register a personal file, submit a package of the following:

• original of the diploma (education certificate) and attachment, legalized in accordance with the established procedure;


• certified translations into Russian of the education document and attachment;


• notarized translation of all pages of the passport;


• medical report on the absence of contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation;


• 6 photos (3*4 cm sized).

For all other students (2nd year and older)

1. One day before arrival write a letter to the E-mail address: international@bgitu.ru or send a message to the WhatsApp number: +7 903 818 86 88.

2. According to the RF law, after arrival, you are obliged to have a second COVID-19 test and be isolated until the negative result.

3. COVID-19 test can be taken at any medical centers located in Bryansk. The cost of the test is approximately 1600 rubles.

4. Undergo migration registration. Within 2 days after arrival, consult the specialist of the passport and visa service of the university and attach copies of your passport (including the page with the border crossing stamp), migration card and visa (for visa countries) in PDF format with clear texts and images. 9. After receiving a second negative test for COVID-19, you can undergo a medical check-up, pick up temporary migration registration documents, and check in your hostel. First, bring the come to the specialist of the passport and visa service of the university and bring the following documents:

1. COVID-19 negative test result certificate (test done on the territory of the Russian Federation);

2. ID (confirming citizenship).

по вопросам прибытия в ФГБОУ ВО «БГИТУ»

для иностранных студентов (до приезда в Россию и в первые недели после), аспирантов и слушателей программ довузовской подготовки.

1.     Согласно рекомендациям Роспотребнадзора иностранные обучающиеся, прибывшие из-за границы, допускаются к учебному процессу только при наличии двух отрицательных результатов теста на COVID-19, проведенного методом ПЦР.

2.     Въехать в Россию для обучения могут иностранные граждане только тех стран, которые рекомендованы Роспотребнадзором как страны с безопасной эпидемиологической обстановкой (перечень государств, регулярно обновляется на сайте Роспотребнадзора).

3.     Перед приездом в Россию не менее чем за 10 дней необходимо УВЕДОМИТЬ университет о дате въезда в РФ по электронной почте: international@bgitu.ru и через соц. сеть WhatsApp (+79155342183), с указанием:

·        Фамилию Имя латинскими буквами (как в паспорте);

·        планируемый пограничный пункт пересечения границы с РФ;

·        планируемый период въезда в РФ;

В ответ придет информация о согласовании въезда.

4.     Не ранее чем за 72 часа (3 календарных дня) до прибытия в Российскую Федерацию необходимо сдать тест на COVID-19 методом ПЦР и получить соответствующий документ на русском или английском языке. Результаты ПЦР-теста нужно прислать по электронной почте: international@bgitu.ru и через соц. сеть WhatsApp (+79155342183).

5.     В течение 72 часов после въезда на территорию России необходимо сдать повторный ПЦР-тест. До получения результатов теста необходимо соблюдать режим самоизоляции по месту проживания. В период изоляции обучение проходит в онлайн-формате. Без повторного теста иностранные обучающиеся не допускаются к очному обучению.

В случае появления в период самоизоляции симптомов острого респираторного заболевания (повышенная температура, боли в горле, насморк, кашель), обучающийся обязан незамедлительно сообщить об этом в медицинский пункт университета и вызвать врача.
